MI940 - Duo Flick Liquid Eyeliner
● Everyone needs that perfect black eyeliner that lasts all day long and is as dark as dark can be. The Basics where do you really start with a felt tip liner? I guess the best place would be with the one thing that sets this apart from the rest is that it's double ended. Yep, you heard that right, you don't just get one felt tip, you get two! One end is thicker, with the other being very fine. Lets start with just saying how intense and black this is. Super black! It applies beautifully too, I don't find that it drags too much and because there's two thicknesses it makes it so much easier to apply. You can get the basic shape with the thicker end and then define and create flicks with the thinner end.
● If you just want a thinner line then the thin side works great for this too. The formula isn't completely budgeproof I find it will smear a little when I get watery eyes. It lasts really well.
How to use :
● Begin applying the liner to your inner lash line moving towards the center, but do not fill it in yet. Then, apply some liner to your outer lash line moving towards the outer edge. If your eyelids tend to cover up your eyeliner, then apply the liner in an arch shape.
